After the unfortunate circumstance of the flowers not being able to be delivered to the address, the florist contact me to re arrange, however in the meantime the florist kindly managed to get in touch with the person who they were for and they were collected. I don't like the service where you get it by post, it's not the same, but I used this website and straight away recommended a lovely place to got it all sorted within hours on the very same day. I found a discrepancy in timing and didn't know for sure whether the flowers would arrive Friday or Saturday.. the florist's web site said it would be Saturday delivery and so I rejected it in favour of the national web site - which said that the flowers would be delivered on Friday if ordered before 2pm. The same florist as I had originally looked at was the florist they used. Would the flowers arrive Friday as I wanted or Saturday? To my relief it was Friday. But that doubt shouldn't have been there. However all was well: flowers Friday and we'll received!

It was my mother’s 90th birthday and we are so far away in Mexico, it was wonderful to be able to send fresh flowers from a local (to her) shop. They were delivered on time, with no hassle and were so fresh with a side of chocolates from a shop she was a manager at 70 years ago. How wonderful! The cost was more reasonable than comparable flower delivery sites and all went so smoothly I can’t fault any part of the service.

I nearly dropped down to four stars because each time, you send me an email saying the flowers have been delivered - before they are delivered! This causes anxiety in case they have gone to the wrong place. Please fix this email alert. Anyway - 5 stars. “Flowers on the Cobbles” always provide a big beautiful fresh flower arrangement. I’ve tried other flower deliveries in the past (Marks and Spencer & Interflora etc) but “Flowers on the Cobbles” are easily the best.

It was an easy process to order the flowers and, although I was a little disappointed at first when I read that the time I had taken to choose a particular florist, reading reviews and choosing the category etc, had seemed, a waste of my time as the florist had actually rejected my order... I quickly found solace in the fact that it was placed with another florist in the area....without me having to do anything! Not only did it give me an alert in the morning, giving me the option if I wanted to cancel it, due to the change... I got a message from my friend, later that day and who was totally amazed with the beautiful arrangement that arrived and her words were " it is sooo beautiful".... which made all of the other worries disappear.... I would definitely use this service again and my aim was to make my friend happy...which was achieved in bucket loads, so all turned out well in the end!! .... I thought that the fact that I received a copy of what was sent, is a touch that other impersonal services don't offer, so don't be put off if the same happens to you.... rejected doesn't not mean a rejected purchase...it may just mean that they don't feel they can meet that particular arrangement with the flowers they have in at that moment...or an unusual vase etc etc.... So I am just pleased that an alternative had been sourced, whilst I slept and who felt they COULD fulfil my order to a high standard and for that I am really grateful...and for that reason alone, I would use this service again, as I don't have to worry about starting all over again! ...and to actually be able to see what I had sent, is a truly personal touch! Thank you guys!
